Store Team Member

Guest Service Representative Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to customers

Meet, greet, and assist all valet drive-up customers at their car

Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store

Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy

Follow Company’s new customer protocol

Attend Company offered ongoing training and education

Serve as primary liaison with customers

Process customer phone and personal relations

Consultatively assist customers with cleaning, stain and/or finishing needs and/or concerns

Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment

Mark-In incoming customer orders; identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized register

Production/Pressing Primary Responsibilities:

Accurately but efficiently iron and press clean articles by hand or by machine steam and vacuum

Know the basics of pressing and be able to adapt to the challenges of properly finishing new and seasonal fashion styles and fabrics

Learn the basic operations of the pressing station(s) they will operate, and the particulars of the items commonly pressed at that station

Participate in ongoing education and training

Ensure that pressing equipment is working properly and well maintained

Waterproof garments and apply other finishes (stain guard, wrinkle release, etc.)
